The problem
Half a broker's day isn't broking.
It's watermarking forty photos by hand, retyping the same company details into another receipt, and rebuilding an agreement in Word from last month's copy. Every established CRM sells a sales pipeline. None of them touch this part.
The same details, retyped
Company name, licence number, TRN, address — typed again into every receipt and agreement. Eventually one of them is wrong, and it's the one a client keeps.
Records nobody can find
A receipt from last March lives in somebody's WhatsApp. UAE real estate records are meant to be kept for years — and found in seconds.

Drop in a whole listing, place your logo once, download the set. Location data is stripped on the way through, so a client's address doesn't travel inside the photo.

Portal-ready titles and descriptions for Bayut, dubizzle and Property Finder, inside each portal's own limits, with the contact block filled from whoever generates it.

The portfolio in one place — owners, buildings, apartments, tenancy contracts and the cheques against them, with an availability board the whole office shares.
Receipts & invoices
Numbered, stored and reprintable on your own letterhead, with your details filled in automatically and VAT handled the way the law actually requires.

How it's built
Decisions we made early, on purpose.
Your data is yours alone
Every brokerage's data is separated at the database level, not by application code remembering to filter. We built that first, before any feature, because it cannot be retrofitted honestly.
Regional hosting
Your data sits on dedicated AWS infrastructure in the region, backed up on a schedule and restorable. We will say plainly where it lives rather than imply more than we can stand behind.
Details entered once
Company name, licence, TRN and logo live in one place and every document pulls from there. A document already issued keeps the details it was issued with, even after you change them.
Arabic and English
The interface is being built for both, right-to-left included. We'd rather do that properly than machine-translate a document a client has to sign.
