For UAE real estate brokerages

The other half of the job.
Done in minutes.

Your CRM tracks leads and pipelines. It does not watermark 40 villa photos, issue a VAT invoice, draft an MOU or write the listing copy. Fexo CRM does exactly that work — the paperwork and asset production that fills the hours between finding a client and closing the deal.

What it does

Five tools for the work that happens around the deal

Each one stands alone — open it, use it, done. Link a property and the fields fill themselves, but nothing forces you to enter a portfolio before you get value on day one.

01

Bulk photo watermarking

Drop in a folder of property photos and get them back with your company logo in place. Position, size and opacity are set once for the company and applied to every batch after that.

Also resizes, compresses, corrects sideways photos and strips GPS and EXIF data before the files leave the tool.

02

Invoice maker

VAT-compliant tax invoices carrying your company branding, TRN and details. Sequential numbering runs unbroken, which is what makes the record hold up when it is examined.

Stored permanently — UAE VAT law requires five years of retention.

03

Receipt maker

Proof of payment for money actually received — commission, rent, security deposits and the other categories a brokerage collects, each on your letterhead with your company details.

Findable and reprintable years later, because that is when someone asks.

04

MOU generator

Memoranda of understanding for private sale and rental agreements between two parties. Fill the form, generate the document — no hunting for last month's copy and editing over the old names.

Private agreements between parties. Not government forms.

05

Listing title & description

Answer what the property is and get a title and description written for the portal you are posting to, in the shape dubizzle, Bayut and Property Finder expect.

Edit before you publish — it is a starting draft, not a locked output.

Built one at a time

Each tool is specified and agreed before work starts, then built properly. The roadmap is short on purpose — five things that work beats fifteen that nearly do.

Full breakdown
How a batch runs

Upload, process, download

Watermarking is pass-through by design. Your files move through the tool and come back to you — we do not keep a copy of photos you already have.

Drag the folder in

Camera-resolution photos, straight off the phone or the DSLR. A whole listing at once rather than one file at a time.

The batch processes

Logo applied at your saved position, images resized and compressed to portal limits, rotation corrected, GPS and EXIF metadata removed.

Download and post

Take the finished set. The working files are cleared automatically afterwards — only your watermark settings stay behind.

Worth knowing

Your listing photos are carrying the address

A photo taken on a phone stores the exact GPS coordinates of where it was taken, along with the device, the timestamp and often the owner's name. Upload that to a portal or send it on WhatsApp and the coordinates travel with it.

For a villa that has not gone to market yet, or a tenanted property whose occupants did not agree to be located, that is a real exposure — and almost nobody checks for it, because nothing in the normal workflow shows it to you.

  • GPS coordinates removed from every photo in the batch
  • Camera, device and timestamp data cleared with it
  • Orientation flag read and applied, so photos stop arriving sideways on the portal
  • Nothing to remember — it happens on every batch, not as an option someone has to tick

Where it sits

This is not another pipeline CRM

Lead capture, deal stages and follow-up reminders are well covered by tools your brokerage may already pay for. Fexo CRM deliberately does not compete there. It takes the production work those tools leave on your desk.

Works from the first minute

No portfolio import before anything is usable. The watermark tool takes photos and returns photos. The receipt form can be filled by hand. Value on day one, not after a week of data entry.

Properties are optional

Add a property record and every tool can pull its details in. Skip it and everything still works. The link is a convenience, never a gate.

Documents stay correct

A receipt issued in March still shows March's details after the property is edited in June. Each document keeps its own copy of what was true when it was issued — that is what makes it a record.

Questions

Before you ask

Do we have to stop using our current CRM?

No. Fexo CRM covers document and asset production, not leads and pipelines. Brokerages that already run a pipeline tool keep it and use this alongside for the work that tool does not do.

What happens to photos after they are watermarked?

They are deleted. Watermarking is pass-through: you upload, the batch processes, you download the finished files, and the working copies are cleared by a scheduled cleanup.

Only the watermark settings persist — logo, position, size and opacity, configured once for the company. Keeping three versions of every photo for every listing would be hundreds of gigabytes of files you already have on your own machine.

Are invoices and receipts stored too?

Those are kept permanently, which is the opposite rule and a deliberate one. UAE VAT law requires tax invoices be retained for five years with unbroken sequential numbering, and a receipt is proof of payment that has to stay findable and reprintable long after the deal closed.

The principle throughout: do not store what you already have, do store what you are legally required to keep.

Is the MOU generator producing government forms?

No. It produces memoranda of understanding between two private parties for sale and rental agreements — the document the parties sign between themselves. Anything that must be filed with a government authority is handled through that authority's own channel, not here.

Which portals does the output suit?

Bayut, dubizzle and Property Finder. Photo dimensions and file sizes are handled for their requirements, and the listing writer produces titles and descriptions in the shape each one expects.

Where is our data stored?

Production runs in a UAE region. It is a question brokerages here ask early and often, so it was designed for rather than answered afterwards. Each company's records are isolated at the database level, not only by application filtering.

Can agents use it, or only the company owner?

Both. A subscribing company has an owner and agents, and agents work in the tools directly. There is no branch or office layer in between — the structure is deliberately flat.

Is there a mobile app?

Planned for a later phase. The product is built API-first specifically so a mobile app calls the same API the web interface does, rather than being a second implementation that drifts out of step.
