A solo agent gets the same watermarking engine and the same VAT-compliant invoices as a thirty-person brokerage. Paying more buys seats and volume, not access to tools that were being withheld.
Metadata stripping
GPS coordinates and camera data are removed from every photo on every plan. Privacy is not an upsell.
Five-year document retention
Tax invoices and receipts are kept for the period VAT law requires, with sequential numbering intact, regardless of plan.
Data stored in the UAE
Production runs in a UAE region, with each company's records isolated at the database level rather than only by application filtering.

The commercial detail
Why are the prices not shown?
Because they are not decided, and publishing a number we intend to change would be worse than publishing none. The plan structure is settled; the rates are being worked out against real usage. Contact us and you will get a straight figure for your brokerage.
Is it billed per user or per company?
Per company. A subscription covers the brokerage and the agents inside it, with the plan setting how many agent accounts are included. There is no charge per document, per photo or per invoice.
What counts as photo volume?
The number of photos processed through the watermark tool in a billing period. Since files are not retained after you download them, the limit is about processing capacity rather than storage.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, in either direction. Your documents, property records and settings stay exactly as they are — moving plan changes seat count and volume, nothing else.
What happens to our invoices if we stop subscribing?
You can export your issued invoices and receipts. Records you are legally required to keep should never be trapped inside a subscription — that is a deliberate position, and it is worth asking every vendor you evaluate.
Is VAT included in the quoted rate?
UAE VAT applies and will be stated separately on your invoice from us, which is the same treatment the invoice maker applies to the invoices you issue your own clients.
